Empire Tickets, Inc. is an Atlanta-based ticket broker specializing
in premium seats to high-profile sporting events, concerts, and theatre
productions across the United States. Our company offers tickets for
a broad spectrum of events. We are not affiliated nor licensed with
any box office, promoter, venue, stadium, theatre, hotel, sport team,
or sporting association.
Any and all copyrights, trademarks, or trade names used within our
web sites are for descriptive purposes only. We do not act on the
authority or official permission of any of the above mentioned entities.
We are able to provide availability of tickets or event access through
our various contacts and sources. Our ticket prices are often higher
than the face value of the tickets and reflect the effort and costs
of obtaining and reselling the tickets.
The following purchase policies are presented to facilitate your understanding
of and satisfaction with the purchase process with Empire Tickets.

ALL CONFIRMED AND COMPLETE TICKET ORDERS ARE 100% GUARANTEED
Empire Tickets will make every effort to fill your ticket order
as soon as possible. However, because each event holder has varying
ticket release policies, Empire Tickets reserves the right to fill
your order up to the week of the event. Empire Tickets reserves
the right to upgrade or downgrade seating at no additional cost
to the client. (Note: In this rare instance of downgrade, the client
will be notified prior to seats being downgraded.)
Note: This guarantee only applies for events that occur within the continental United States. For events occuring outside the continental United States, a 100% refund will be issued for undelivered tickets.
Payment Methods
Empire Tickets accepts several methods of payment to accommodate
your needs including American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover.

Pricing and Availability
Empire Tickets and Tours, Inc. of Georgia is a private ticket agency not
affiliated with Ticket Master, or any other box office venue. The price
on the ticket may not be the sale price. The sale price may include a
substantial service charge that reflects the cost of obtaining, reselling, and
delivering the tickets. All sales are made by Empire Tickets and Tours,
Inc. of Georgia. The order will be placed and the consideration will be
paid in the State of Georgia and shall be governed by the laws of the
State of Georgia.
Tickets are bought and sold at open market prices that are subject
to change at any time.
Convenience and Handling Charges
Tickets purchased from Empire Tickets will be subject to a 8% per
ticket, non-refundable handling charge.
Cancelled Events
If an event is cancelled for any reason rain-out, earthquake, flood, etc.,
a strike, protest, lockout, catastrophic events (i.e. acts of terror),
or incidents of national security, we can not provide a refund or exchange
for the tickets. Any shipping charges and handling charges are also not refundable.
If an event is postponed or rescheduled the tickets will be honored for
the new date of the show. New tickets will not need to be issued. If you can not
make the new date we will accept the tickets back from you on a consignment
basis only. You would receive 100% of the amount that we sell them for up to the price that you paid.
Empire Tickets is acting only as a ticket broker or agent to facilitate the availability,
sale, and delivery of the admission tickets to the event, is not a promoter or manager of the
event, and, therefore, assumes no responsibility or liability for the staging of the event.
All sales are final and all ticket orders will be subject to these conditions.
Refunds and Exchanges
Empire Tickets is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets. Tickets
can only be returned on a consignment basis where you would get 100% of the
amount that we resell them for, up to the amount that you paid for them.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. LOST
OR STOLEN TICKETS WILL NOT BE REPLACED. IF AN EVEN IS RESCHEDULED, TICKETS
PURCHASED ARE VALID FOR THE RESCHEDULED EVENT DATE.
Shipping Policies and Will Call
Empire Tickets requires a signature on all deliveries. Therefore, all deliveries are made using an express courier service. We do not allow any reroutes on the package. The courier must deliver it to the address on the package. They can not deliver it to any other address. If you have any specific delivery requirements, please make those arrangements when you place the order.
Tickets are normally sent to your credit card Billing Address.
The Billing Address will be verified with your credit card company. Therefore, you must use the exact mailing address to which your credit card statements are mailed.
Should you require that the order be shipped to an alternate address
we will require faxed authorization from you. This includes a signed copy
of the invoice along with legible copies of your driver's license and the
credit card that was used. This is done to protect both of us against fraudulent
use.
The tickets will be delivered using the best method. If possible,
we will inform you of the courier and the time to expect delivery
when the order is confirmed.
If you have selected delivery through Federal Express, please allow at
least 3 days after your order is made to receive your tickets. If you have not received your tickets within 48 hours of the event, please contact us at (404) 467-0227.

North Carolina Residents
North Carolina State Law currently prohibits us from selling tickets for events
taking place in North Carolina as tickets only.
All tickets sold for events in North Carolina are sold as "package" items.
Tickets are not sold as tickets only. Packages may include, but are not
limited to nor guaranteed to contain, a brunch, transportation, hospitality,
tailgate party, Empire Ticket VIP Membership, etc. All ticket sales for
North Carolina events will be package sales ONLY.
Should you disagree with these laws please contact your State Representative
and voice your opinion.
Missouri Residents
Missouri State Law currently prohibits us from selling tickets for events
taking place in Missouri as tickets only.
All tickets sold for events in Missouri are sold as "package" items.
Tickets are not sold as tickets only. Packages may include, but are not
limited to nor guaranteed to contain, a brunch, transportation, hospitality,
tailgate party, Empire Ticket VIP Membership, etc. All ticket sales for
Missouri events will be package sales ONLY.

Online Ticket Ordering Policy
For your security and to protect you against unauthorized use of your credit
card, we require your signature to confirm both your order and that you are
an authorized user of the credit card that was used to place the on-line
order. This is the process:
- A representative will call you at the phone number you provided to us to confirm your order.
- Our representative will then fax or email you our authorization form. Please note that by placing your order for tickets online and
submitting your phone and fax numbers and email address to us you expressly consent to and authorize a representative of Empire to contact you via
phone, fax and email in order to confirm and complete your order or to notify you of any processing issues.
- You will sign and fax back to us the authorization along with a front
and back copy of your credit card and drivers license, or other picture
ID. The purpose of this is so that we can compare the signatures on the
back of the credit card with the picture ID and the fax so that we know
your card is not stolen, and that you are the authorized user of the
card.

- All orders are guaranteed per our authorization form.
- We do reserve the right to replace exact seats with comparable seating.

Ticket Availability
Some seats that appear on our Web site are not stocked by Empire Tickets. They
belong to a "shared" inventory and should be available but, in some rare cases,
may be sold before an order can be processed. If that situation occurs, you will
be notified within 24-hours and will be offered comparable seating options.
Empire reserves the right to cancel any order or request
in the event of any of the following:
- Non-confirmed orders
- Exact seating requests that are unavailable
- If there are sudden, drastic changes in market value
- Section errors / pricing errors
Same Day Ticket Orders
Please consider logistics when ordering. If you are ordering online
tickets the day of the event, please call 404.467.0227 to confirm
that the tickets you want are still available and to determine how
they will be delivered to you. Most same day ticket purchases will
need to be picked up by the customer at the Empire Tickets office
or at "Will Call" when they arrive at the event that day.
Technical Issues
It is always advisable to call to confirm any Web transaction, (404.467.0227
or 800.725.0112) because Empire cannot be held responsible for technical
"break downs" (such as firewall or server issues) on the part of
the purchaser or a service provider such as AOL or Yahoo.
Promotional Discounts
Empire Tickets stocks a finite number of tickets in it's inventory for special promotions; therefore, all ticket discounts are subject to availability.
When the tickets "on special" are gone, they're gone! We hope that every customer has the opportunity to take advantage of our discounts, that is why we
do it weekly. If you miss out one week, please keep trying.
Information on compliance with and applicability of the CAN-SPAM act
The CAN-SPAM Act regulates commercial email, which is defined as any email message "the primary purpose of which is the commercial advertisement or promotion of a commercial product or
service." A "transactional or relationship message" - email that facilitates an agreed-upon transaction or updates a customer in an existing business relationship - may not contain false or
misleading routing information, but otherwise is exempt from most provisions of the CAN-SPAM act.
Any emails that are advertisements or solicitations must include the following:
- Clear and conspicuous identification that the message is an advertisement or solicitation (unless the recipient has given prior affirmative consent to receipt of the message);
- Clear and conspicuous notice of the opportunity to decline to receive further email from the sender, i.e., an "opt-out" or unsubscribe option; and [If you receive an opt-out request, you have 10 days to stop sending email to the requester's email address.]
- A valid physical postal address of the sender.
The CAN-SPAM Act does not provide for a private right of action (cf. unsolicited fax violation) as only the FTC, State Attorneys General and Internet Service Providers can sue
violators.
Empire should monitor emails sent by its partners or affiliates that market or promote Empire, as the CAN-SPAM Act makes it unlawful for a person to promote, or allow the promotion of, that
person's trade or business ... if that person knows, or should have known in the ordinary course of that person's trade or business, that the goods were being promoted in such a message and
took no reasonable action to prevent the transmission.

TicketFast Tickets
Any TicketFast tickets that we buy come from "known" sources" only; customers that we have done business with for many years or the original purchasing source.
Only the original TicketFast Tickets can be redeemed, not a copy or fax. Tickets can be given to clients, friends, etc but they must be given a copy of this document and the original TickerFast
tickets that they receive from Empire Tickets. That does not mean that your name has to be on the TicketFast voucher.
In that same vein, do not photocopy or fax additional copies of your TicketFast ticket to others. If someone else gets a copy of your TicketFast ticket and enters the venue before you, your ticket
will become void, and you will have no recourse. The barcode on the TicketFast ticket can only be scanned once, just like a regular ticket. Only the first scan of the barcode on your ticket will be
allowed entry. Make sure you keep the printed ticket in a safe place like you would cash, and protect it just like you would any other ticket! If more than one copy of your barcode were to be scanned
at the venue, the barcode scanner will alert the attendant that the ticket has already been scanned.
Empire Tickets is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets. Do not crease, fold or smudge your TicketFast ticket. If the bar code is damaged it may not be readable which will make the
ticket void.
