Hilary Ann Duff was born to Bob and Susan Duff in Houston, Texas. At the age of six Hilary began touring with the Cechetti Ballet. After deciding to becoming an actress she began heading to auditions with her
Mom. After a role in "Casper Meets Wendy" in 1998, she was cast as the title character in the Disney Kids show "Lizzie McGuire" in 2001. "Lizzie" was an instant hit, and propelled Hilary to international
stardom with the preteen scene. A few years later production ended on "Lizzie McGuire". Hilary brought her character to the big screen with the Walt Disney pictures hit comedy "The Lizzie McGuire Movie,"
released in the summer of 2003, which grossed an impressive $42 million domestically. Over the years Hilary has co-starred in several different movies. You've seen her as Lizzie McGuire on the big and
small screen and now she's a big pop star. Hilary began her first steps toward her singing career with the song "Santa Claus Lane," which appeared on the soundtrack to The Santa Clause 2, as well as her
