| HSBC Arena |
HSBC Arena is a multi-purpose indoor arena located in downtown Buffalo, New York, USA. It is home to the Buffalo Sabres of the National Hockey League and the Buffalo Bandits of the National Lacrosse League . The arena was the home of the Buffalo Destroyers of the Arena Football League, the Buffalo Blizzard of the National Professional Soccer League II, and the Buffalo Wings of Roller Hockey International during each team's brief existence.
The arena also hosts concerts and is used regularly for college basketball games. It has been home to the NCAA (2000, 2004, 2007) and MAAC (1997, 1999, 2001, 2005) men's basketball tournaments. In 2003 the Arena hosted the Frozen Four NCAA Ice Hockey tournament. In addition, HSBC Arena has been used for wrestling, hosting WWF Fully Loaded 1999, WCW Fall Brawl 2000, and the 2005 WWE Great American Bash And in August 2007 Monday Night Raw will appear.

| Niagara Falls State Park |
| This state park includes the entire expanse of land that borders the American side of Niagara Falls . It is highlighted by Three Sisters Island, Prospect Point, Goat Island, and Luna Island at Bridal Falls. The park features a Visitor's Center, the Niagara Falls Discovery Center, and an Observation Tower. It is open year round for hiking, biking, fishing, and cross-country skiing. |
| Frank Lloyd Wright's Graycliff |
| Nestled on eight acres of woodlands and cliffs is another Frank Lloyd Wright classic design. Graycliff sits above Lake Erie and was the summer home of Buffalo resident Darwin D. Martin. The home blends into the surrounding lake and cliff habitat and showcases Wright's signature symmetrical artistic design. Graycliff blends its natural surroundings into enclosed gardens and stone walls along its lakefront property. Reservations required. Children under 10 not permitted. |

| Old Fort Niagara |
| The fort, which sits on the head of the Niagara River, shares a tri-cultural history. First held by La Salle and his French troops in 1678, the fort eventually was a stronghold for both the British and Americans. The oldest structure on the grounds dates back to 1726. Special events are planned during the summer months and include cannon and musket firing demonstrations. |
| Buffalo Zoological Gardens |
| The third oldest zoo in the United States, this 23-acre park is dedicated to the preservation of wild and exotic species from around the world and is an active participant in global conservation efforts. More than a thousand animals are housed here, among them some rare and unusual species such as the potoroo, a marsupial from Australia , and the lesser galago, a small bushbaby from Africa. Other animals include grizzly, Kodiak, and polar bears; red pandas; reindeer; tamarins; Indian rhinos and meerkats, as well as an array of reptiles and birds. A Children's Zoo, the interactive World of Wildlife Discovery Center, and a café called the "Beastro" are also featured at this spectacular park. Parking $3/car, $6/bus. |

| Ansley Wilcox House / Theodore Roosevelt Inaugural Site |
| The Ansley Wilcox House is where Theodore Roosevelt was sworn into office in 1901. Roosevelt took the oath of office here following the assassination of President McKinley in 1901. The mansion, which was home to Roosevelt's friend Ansley Wilcox, now serves as a museum. |
| Artpark |
| Located outside of Lewiston, Artpark encompasses over 200 acres solely devoted to nature and the arts, both visual and performing. During the summer, a full schedule of events includes world-class musical and theatrical performances, workshops, kids' themed summer camps, and festivals. Many of the events are free, and the majority of them are especially family friendly. The park is also popular for hiking and walking, bicycling, fishing , and picnicking. Large-scale sculptures line some of the trails; other interesting features include an 1800-year-old burial mound, views of the Niagara River gorge, art studios, and plenty of birding opportunities. |
